My new kitten Oliver was just five months old when we got him. The first thing we did was take him here after reading the other positive reviews. After paying $220 for an initial visit and his first shots, my cat started displaying a lot of odd symptoms. What was once a playful sociable kitty was now a subdued, panting heavy, chest heaving, cat that wanted to be alone and whined in pain constantly. He limped when he did manage to move and quit eating entirely. I called the clinic about this, who had written him a clean bill ... read more

I have used them now for 2 years. Something has changed there. They are all about Corporate. All kinds of new people working there. Not the standard of care received in the past. Very disappointed.

I paid $266.68 for them to kill my chinchilla. I was told that since he died before he could take the medicine if I returned it they would refund it. My chinchilla was ok when I took him in, in less than 8 hours of picking him up he was dead. Dr. Teed and the front staff are very nice but Dr. Jones is a jerk and I hope he never treats another animal or human the way he did my family.

Staff was nice but I was charged $360 to get my pets teeth cleaned and one month of heartworm and flea prevention. $25 for antibiotics, $36.60 for profile mini panel (not sure what that is), dental scaling 1/2 hour $94.60, hospital boarding $21.63 which consisted of her laying on cement in a kennal, anesthesia $116.60, office visit $46.50, Trifexis $24.27, but oh wait I got a $4.60 Discount lucky me!!!!!. I was expecting to pay around $100. Had no idea I needed to call and get an estimate, didn't think other vets would be... read more

Unfortunately for me, distance wise, you have lost me as a client. Dr. Weber was the only person there I would allow to touch one of my birds has left for another practice. She was so good and I will miss having her so handy. She was the only reason I ever came there. Your office help leaves so very much to be desired. Haughty, hateful and incompetent are all I can say for them. No matter what they screw up, they always try to pass the buck and make it the clients fault if possible. Don't bother trying to match me to y... read more
