I'm not sure why reviews are so bad! Me and my sister have been here since Oct 2022. Management is great and the apartments are nice. Everyone around use is nice too. When we had 0 degrees and below I like that they reminded us to let out water run so we don't have pipes burst. Maintenance could be a little better but for the most part they are fine. The highway can be loud but you get use to it and the bar some nights is loud. Crime in this area can get wild but I feel pretty safe with security being around. I do wish parki... read more

I have enjoyed living here. The front desk staff are so nice and remember my name when I walk in. There are fun events at the front office for the community. The pool is great. They are currently in the process of renovating and really care about the complex. Our maintenance issues are addressed timely and completely. They have just changed management and I think they have really turned things around from what other reviewers have said in the past. Horrible if you have kids! Claim to be luxury. Please. Neighbors kids stole my packages and ran around the apartments doing god knows what else. Couldn't wait to leave when my lease was up. Would give 0 stars if I could. The property manager Natasha is rude and has an unnecessary attitude that she claims is just a monotone voice and should not be in customer service at all. Crime was crazy out there. Glad to be gone.
I wish I could give them 0 stars !! I lived there for about 2 years , and my husband joined the air force in that time we lived in a 2 bedroom but I had moved out to stay with family and he was going to break the lease he gave GRETCHEN ALL OF HIS WORK ORDERS !!! AND SHE LOST THEM!! And tried to tell him he never gave them to her and he was ordered by the military to leave . I lived here for 4 years. The management and area got worse each year. I would not recommend.
i hate these apartments! they don't come out for anything ! ive called the emergency maintenance due to a bird problem! and the guy told me he wasn't leaving his house for that ! took them over a month to fix the problem, then never cleaned the shit the bird left behind ! i then got my car towed and they wouldn't even help get it out and im a resident that pay rent there every month ! on time ! there hardly is any parking to even have parking pass because no one parks in the correct spot anyways !! they want your guess to wa... read more
Me and my wife lived there for a year, and we only chose to live there because we needed three bedrooms. The place we were staying before could only offer 2 so we were forced to move in a short period of time. We thought we found the jackpot be moving in here. Looks great on the outside, well maintained and everyone was friendly! Shortly after a month or so we started to notice WEIRD things....
