The condo was perfect! Close to the beach and accommodated our family perfectly! Would love to come back!

Great little condo in a perfect location. Right across the street from the beach! Literally out the door and a three minute walk to the water. The condo is clean and comfortable, with all basic amenities, including a washer and dryer. Beach chairs, boogie boards, sand toys provided. Outdoor rinsing showers are around the corner from the front door of the condo. Five minutes walking distance to Pompano Joe’s and other restaurants and coffee shops. Room has an excellent view and short distance to the beach! Pool is a little yucky and needs updating. Room needs to be updated a little bit but very clean.
Summerspell #304 is a great place! We loved the location and everything it had to offer... Beautiful beach, great restaurants, and family fun/entertainment. We would definitely love to spend another family vacation here!
