You're definitely paying for the proximity to the beach and an onsite pool. That part was excellent. However, our unit wasn't particularly clean or functional on arrival. Sand and hair in our master bed the first night and sticky door & kitchen cabinet knobs are among a handful of ourunderwhelming Beach Bum experiences. Our unit needed to have its walls cleaned and some repainted, a new couch (it was very hard and made a loud noise when you sat in it), and new dishes without large chips/breaks in them. The Condo was a good place for a family vacation. It is immediately across from the beach and located in walking distance to other amenities.

The location is perfect. A quick walk to the beach and easy access. Condo has great appliances to use that are up to date. Comfortable accommodations.

Very clean, soft bed (not firm if that’s what you need). Condo was decorated very pretty. The condo is across a busy street from the beach. There really isn’t a view of the ocean. I missed sitting on the balcony listening to the waves.... you cannot hear the ocean at all from this room. That being said.... it was a very short walk to the beach. You do have to cross a busy street but everyone is great about stopping. There is a very nice area to sit out back which was great for people watching. The location was great for shop... read more

Nice place, steps to pool and short walk to beach. Loved the ground floor level and the opportunity for our kids to play with others outside in the pretty fenced grassy area. Owner responded quickly to our questions. Two beach umbrellas and several chairs kept us from paying for $50.00 beach setup! We would rent again. Beach Bums very helpful and allowed us to change a date for arrival at last minute.
