It was a timely and quality experience.
I bought a 2024 GMC Canyon and the whole experience from start to finish was amazing! They were very knowledgeable, helped me through the whole buying process with ease, and I even got some extras that I wasn't expecting! I highly recommend going to Beaman GMC as I know I will continue to do business with them! I recently had my first service appt with them and that experience was amazing as well! I know everyone may have different experiences but mine couldn't have gone better!
It was easy to get in and get the service I need taken care of. I was sent a video showing what the issue that I was having a problem with. They corrected the issue and now the truck is back to normal.
The team is wonderful. Fast and friendly.
Had trouble dealing with the extended warranty company.
My car good, the oil change was done right but the fluids like the brake and windshield were not topped up.
Liked everything about the service.
The price was good and the service was fast. I would recommend this service department to friends and family. My only issue is the price was valid M-F 3-5pm. I am happy with the service.
