The folks at Beaman are very friendly and helpful. My routine oil change and tire rotation, however, took 2 hours and 25 minutes. That's just too long. I watched as they took my truck to the service bay 1 hour and 40 minutes AFTER my scheduled time. I am a Beaman loyalist so I will be back. Expect long wait times, though.
Dakota did an exceptional job. He stayed in touch through out the entire repair. Great communication.
Jonathan did a stellar job of communicating the findings during the service. He also had the tech inspect and report on an issue of concern.
