Awful. Nothing was accurate. Made promises and didn't deliver. Won't go back ever
I did not like that we had a free oil change on our maintenance agreement but we were told if we did not pay for the oil change that we would be there for 5 hours to a day for them to verify! VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!!!!
Beaman sold me a vehicle that was damaged coming off the transport trailer and would not repair the damage. They quoted me a price to do the work that was outrageous and uncouth. Instead I took the vehicle to Parks GMC in Columbia and they were able to do the same suggested repair for $1100 less.
This dealership was horrible. Pushy salesman and finance manager. Major work needed done within 24 hours.
I will never go back through this place to service my vehicle or buy a vehicle they lie about there vehicles first day buying a truck off the lot already had issues
Not happy all. They treat warranty customers like an inconvenience.
Where to even begin, when I initially was working with them to my Escalade I asked them to give me a cost for powder coating my rims. They told me it would be 2000. I told them I would pay that in cash so it didn't roll over into the deal of the vehicle. Fast forward a few days after I bought the car, I told them to cancel the services and was going to go another route for new rims and tires. The lack of communication from the dealership was atrocious. There were 13 calls made to their main number without a response. Because they allegedly rebuilt the transmission, I took the truck back to them. On 12/18, I was contacted and advised that by the end of the day, I would be notified what the fix to the issue is. As of today 12/20, still no response.
