I asked them to rotate my tires and they charged me and they didn't do it now I don't have time to go back and do it.
no follow up. it was a totally useless experience from dealer. Laura was a joke.

I had to bring my car back.
No stars, but it made me pick at least one. Despite having an available appointment at 8:30am which I was early for, they had my truck over 5 hrs without looking at it. I asked for my keys back and left with my truck as they knew I couldnt wait and at least needed a diagnosis. In the 5 hrs I was waiting I had called twice for an update and nobody would call me back.
They kept my car fir a week and the problem still exists. Ill be coming back in to have it properly troubleshot and diagnosed and repaired.
Pulled my credit 7 times after specified not to. Then said they got me approved, though I told them to not go any farther than 2 inquiries and what I could afford they still went beyond my request. Not what I asked for not respectful of me as a customer. They dropped my credit score even lower because they ignored me as a customer. Sales manage did try to make it right but still couldn't make it happen.
Done nothing but gave us the run around.
