Service Advisor John Russell was amazing
The staff was very friendly and helpful, as well, professional. And, I was happy with my vehicle until Saturday morning (07/12/25) when I was going through a drive through that morning and the low tire indicator light came on. Now, I have to set up another appointment with Beaman to determine why the light came on, again. Especially after Beaman replaced a nearly one year old sensor.

I had such a good experience here! The waiting area was so cool- it reminded me of an airport. Definitely not a typical mechanic's two-chair boring waiting area Even the restroom was unique with its hanging laptop hooks! What really made all of this great was Kristine. I had to leave my car there for the day and she was so friendly and let me drive one of theirs until mine was ready! Thank you for everything Kristine! I drive a Toyota so I won't be back soon, but when I do I'm asking for ya!!
