The experience at Beaman was superb. Ryne was the mechanic that worked on my car and he was incredibly kind & informative. Maria was my service advisor and she made sure I had everything I needed while I waited. She also checked in with me often and took me to the back for my car. Great experience

Liked: very personable staff, quiet waiting room, good coffee Didn't like: even though I had an appointment, waited more than 2 hours for first service; didn't reset the maintenance sign on car's panel. Will have to go back to have that taken off.

Oil was overfilled oil more than maximum on dipstick. Overall was okay, but over filling the oil was a major no no for me.
