I liked that I was able to get in the morning of my appointment. However, I didn't know that I there would be 18 cars from the previous day that needed to be fixed. Therefore, my vehicle was going to staying overnight. Thank goodness I was able to use a courtesy vehicle until the following day when mine would be ready. The staff was very courteous and professional. 5 stars for them.
People are great and helpful. Reasonably quick service for a oil change/tire rotation at a dealer.
No pressure sales,vehicle was exactly like the picture. I have been purchasing vehicles from Beaman for nearly 30 years,they had a bigger selection than the Toyota dealership near me.
Our sales person Samina was wonderful, service was great, and they really worked with us through all the numbers on our trade! 10/10 would definitely buy here again!
Good service agent and mechanic to repair the problem. Had to have a loaner car because the part had to be ordered.
