Beaman has always taken care of me for my routine maintenance amazingly. This time they beat out the price of discount tires for a flat on my Camry. Kenny G and the wonderful cashier (Kim, maybe. I'm so sorry I forgot her name) were great and so kind. My only suggestion is have someone answer in the service dept. it's difficult to get someone on the phone most days
