Good people and a great experience.excelent customer srvice
It was great, good experience
My issue was that my PriusV wouldn't start. I had AAA tow my car to the dealership. I was given a rental vehicle free of charge for 2 days while my car was being diagnosed. It turned out that my auxiliary battery needed to be replaced. Everyone, especially, James Neblett, my service agent, treated me very kindly and efficiently. I appreciate the experience being taken care of so smoothly and courteously.
Great experience, the tech gave me an update and check in on me to ensure that was doing okay and I didn't need anything. Once they were done with my car, the tech came to inform me.
Very fast and efficient. Very good installations to wait for the service to be completed.
They got me in the day I called and serviced my car as promised.

My experience at Beamon Toyota is always gratifying. I'm always met with a smile by my preferred Service Advisor , Mr. Sterling Gallien who always keeps me updated on all things pertaining to my 2017 RAV4 . His goal and mine are the same; keeping my vehicle in top running condition. He is definitely an asset.
Both Service and Collision Center is top notch. Professional quality work. Expeditious and was communicated with throughout the entire time my vehicle was being worked on. I was provided with recommendations to ensure my Toyota will continue to run as if brand new! I highly recommend Beaman Toyota for all of your service needs.
