Excellent, service turn around time, ambience. The best part was my agent - supportive, patient, helpful, jolly, humble, good listener, clear with next steps
Salesman was a nice guy and very responsive it was they hadn't detailed the car for sale. It looked as though they got it in sat it on the lot and waited for a sale without any detailing
They appreciated my time by offering a loaner for the day. My initial problem was a warning light appearing on the dashboard. It was a simple fix which any customer could have done and a very common issue.Had it been suggested to me on the phone I could have saved time and money.
Kevin called within 1 sec (literally) after I placed my purchase request online. I ended up driving home a car that exceeds my expectation the next day. Had to leave town without much warning. Called Beaman for routine maintenance and road trip check up at 12:30 PM. Was given a 2:PM appointment same day. Car serviced, two major issues found and repaired. Happily on my way 2.5 hours later.
They do exactly as they say and are helpful
I got my car caught up on all maintenance and the service rep was very nice.
