I did not have an appointment, but was told by the salesperson to just bring the car in on Saturday. I was there about 5 hours to get a tire put on. The car was new to me and I had only had it a month. In that time the tire was filled by the salesperson twice, once when I picked up the car and again about 10 days later when I picked up the license plate. Pleasant atmosphere and experience. Advisor Eli, was attentive, caring, and professional. I purchased new tires (Yokohama) for my Toyota Rav4 Hybrid, which are different than the original Michelin tires that came with the vehicle when I purchased in 2021. I like the new tires and appreciate the whole service experience.

Needed new tire sensors. When the parts came in, I received a call and was able to get an appointment in 30 minutes! I was in and out in a couple of hours while I waited in the lounge area. Wonderful!!
