Kristine is the best/knowledgeable Service Advisor I've dealt with. Got me in and out quickly and always exceeds my expectations.
Maintenance check seems too short, it only took 30 mins, which I doubt they did all the check ups and oil replacement listed. I have a toyota back in my country and you can watch them do the maintenance check on your car. In Mazda they even send you A video and explanation on what has been done. Good side was people are welcoming. Free snacks and coffee.
