The repairs to my tailgate took longer for the parts to come in so Beaman gave me a loaner for the first day. Even though it was supposed to be longer than a day, the parts were in the next day and my vehicle was ready for pick up. The service consultant was helpful and understanding throughout the process.

Corky greets me early in the morning and makes sure everything that is needed on my car gets done in a timely manner. He makes sure the service department finishes a great job for me.
The service is great. Just don't plan anything the rest of your day because this will be the longest service of your life. Even with a morning appt first thing an oil change took 3.5 hours.
