They had a car that I wanted in great condition at a reasonable price, so that was the positive. However, the sales team was somewhat of a nightmare to work with, and it takes hours upon hours to get through a process that could take a fraction of the time. I would recommend buying here if you are willing to pay the sticker price and have a lot of patience.
Set up appointment online, but service department didn't have one. Time waiting was longer than expected.
The routine oil change and tire rotation took over 2 hours and without a courtesy car wash like Toyota of Murfreesboro does with each service. I paid for the maintenance package when I purchased the car from this dealership, so you would think they would be fairly quick. I believe I will be changing to another shop to get car maintenance done.
