easy to do, it took longer than i expected but there was a lot of people at the dealership. i really enjoyed the snacks and drinks. the seats were comfortable too. all the people was nice

I like that you guys have a really nice lounge with lots of snack varieties and water and coffee available while people wait . And having accessibility to clean bathrooms is also really nice while you wait . And the variety of seating choices is also really nice while. You can work on your computer at a table or just sit back in a comfortable chair
The staff is so polite, friendly and knowledgeable. Beaman Toyota is only a couple of miles from where I live so I always bring my Toyotas here for servicing.
Eric was a great customer service rep. He was thorough, courteous and efficient He had my camray serviced and back to me lickety split.
