The water in the toilet was an odd color of brown, when flushing the toilet the reservoir didnt refill. We took the lid off the back but the water color was the same. Ran the sink water and shower water, same brown color! We walked down to the front desk and they informed us the property ran on well water and it was a mandatory flush of the water system. They didn't offer any suggestions. But we knew it would be a good idea to let the sink and shower run until clear. GOOD THING WE DIDN'T TRY TO DRINK THE WATER! While at the ... read more

just spent three nights at the Bear River Casino. Excellent experience. I was greeted at the door by the front desk who had several people in front of me big smile on her face said, I will be with you in a few minutes'. Check in time was 4 pm l arrived at 2:00 pm and was in my room by 2:12 PM. Not that it's a huge thing, but they also gave me a couple of bottles of water which is nice when you first arrive some place. Every employee I encountered was happy, smiling, helpful and nice. The staff was excellent. They were helpful and friendly. Some of the best staff we've seen in a lot of our travels in the last year.
