we had a maintence issue with the room upon arrival, during our 2 night stay. Staff said they would generate a work order for it. No one ever came and it was never repaired.

Great facility but cleanliness wasn’t a top priority. Lots of dried soap on shower knob and glass in shower hadn’t been cleaned in quite some time. Water spots and soap scum. Food was great but server for dinner was horrible. No water refill. She came and all but threw our plates at us. We were at the bottom of her list of priorities. Breakfast service was excellent. Casino people were very helpful.
