After receiving several bids, our HOA Board of Directors selected Beautiful Mailbox for our recent Community Sign and Mailbox Upgrade Project (144 Mailboxes and 47 Traffic Signs). We were not disappointed. Their products are all very high quality. They worked with our Traffic Engineer to make sure our signs were MUTCD certified. They were very professional and eager to please. Beautiful Mailbox is a wonderful company and my only vendor choice for mailbox and signage needs. They not only provide a high quality product, their employees are professional with attention to detail. I had an emergency situation a month ago in the community I manage with over 20 plus mailboxes and signage destroyed. It took one call to them and their techs were onsite within a very short period of time placing temporaries mailboxes to restore the mail delivery to my resident. FANTASTIC all around!!!

On 3/17/2025, I ordered and paid for an address plaque, and was told it would take a few days or weeks for it to be created. I was contacted on 4/15/2025, that my plaque was ready. The installation appointment was set for 4/17/2025, but I had to cancel because I was sick. As of today 5/15/2025, I still don’t have my address plaque installed on my house. Management told me they don’t know when they’re going to install my plaque, because they don’t normally service my area. I was not given that information before I ordered and... read more
