Paint is terrible. It flakes off in large pieces. The numbers come off because of the bad paint. They say it is powder coated but I have never seen powder coating flake off. ** in the painting department will not return my calls.

Looked OK coming out of the box. Six months later the paint was bubbling and peeling off in large pieces. This is the third (and last) mailbox I have purchased from this company and all three did the same: horrible. Next time I'll just strip it down and paint it myself. The yard nazis will just have to deal with it as this is the company from which we are approved to purchase. It is a reasonable expectation that for the amount charged for these boxes they should remain "beautiful" for more than a few months.

I have to replace my mailbox as it's the original from 10 years ago. Beautiful Mailbox is the approved vendor by the **** I made the call to them on February and issued payment with the completed form. Check was even cashed in February 2022. It is now November 2022 and my mailbox is still not installed. I had made several attempts at reaching them with NO response. This has been a horrendous experience.

Nice when it was installed. It's deteriorated greatly in only a few years - faded paint, numbers falling off, the spring on the door breaking, etc. This is happening throughout our subdivision. We were required to get them, but many have removed and replaced them with other mailboxes from Home Depot, etc. I wouldn't buy it again, nor recommend it.

Installation of mailbox sub standard. Not enough cement. Very loose.

Customer Service...What Customer Service? A month ago I ordered a Logo, House Numbers and a Flag for my residence. I waited 3 weeks and they finally send me the Wrong House Numbers and they do not send the Logo I requested. How can I receive the Wrong House Number Stickers when they sent what they sent me to my house? SO they had my address. And by the way Customer Service hung up on me when I called originally. Dear *****, I apologize for the confusion and delay with your order. Your address numbers were inverted leading to the original set of (wrong)numbers, and flag to be returned to us in the mail. The wrong numbers and flag were then resent via US mail to the correct address and I believe you spoke with our customer service manager regarding the mistake and missing logo. Paid in full up front. Big mistake. Complaints ignored. Three months and still no mailbox. Finally revered the credit card payment.

We have been in contact with the customer. His order was completed within 24 hours of receipt of the complaint. He also wrote a very nice thank you letter to the President of our company.

we just moved in to a 55+ subd where our mailbox was missing the flag/bracket...ordered from bmc and the parts were here in no time...their company sticker was inside the mailbox lid so was a no brainer who to order from...everything installed without any issues...
