We love Be Well Pediatrics! It has taken a while to find a pediatric practice in Austin since we relocated here, but we've been coming to Be Well since their opening week in Oct. 2013 and have been nothing more than impressed. In general, our kids are pretty healthy, but when I've had questions I've gotten quick correspondence back from Dr. Morgan. I was so impressed with Dr. Van and her staff. Besides treating the child, she encourages research and education for the parents - evidenced by her extensive lending library. I happen to be very demanding of the HCPs I choose for my family. They have to be professional, well-read, compassionate, up-to-date, open-minded and they have to know how to listen. Pretty rigorous standards...and Dr. Van and her team exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Bee Well Pediatrics!

We began seeing Dr. Van and Dr. Morgan about a month ago and couldn't be happier! The office is clean, inviting and stimulating for children. They take walk-ins, which has been extremely helpful and convenient for us. The staff is small and friendly, and the physicians take the time to explain their thinking and answer any questions you might have. Visits from the therapy dog, Graham, are an added bonus. I took my 9 year old son to Bee Well Pediatrics for ADHD treatment. The office was impeccable and the staff was warm and friendly. My kids even got to have a visit with their therapy dog, Graham, who was so gentle and calm. We met with Dr. Van Benthuysen, who goes by Dr. Van, and she took time to read through my son's previous medical records. Having mandatory vaccines for newborns is absolutely disgusting. Knowing that they get paid 200-600 per child being vaccinated. Without even taking a look at the child. This is not the way of health I will make sure everyone in Austin and bee cave knows to steer clear of this place. Some pediatricians can make upwards to million or more

I was being charged for a well child and a doctor's appointment during the same visit, this was what happened. I made the well child appointment at least a week ahead and was given a closer choice but I didn't take it. My child was not sick during visit. (specifically not experiencing any stomach pain during the visit) I was never given any good faith estimate on cost prior to the visit. This is solely based off of how unhelpful and rude the receptionist is. I started going to Bee Well in October of 2023 when my baby girl was born everything was great. By her 4 mo check up I noticed a lot of new faces the receptionist included. We recently went again for her 6 month check up and received a notice that our pediatrician will be leaving Bee Well. The last visit they measured my daughter wrong providing wrong information about her growth. This time they didn't accepted one of my daughters visit because we came slightly late but they made me waited double the time, and you have to spend 15-20min filling a very long form.

Not the place for us unfortunately! We've been bringing our baby here the last couple visits, have tried seeing both doctors, and decided to switch pediatricians. Everything felt like a box to check off their list, instead of an individual approach. They don't take kindly to altered vaccination plans (which we have the right to choose for medical and personal reasons). We always felt rushed (which could be largely due to Covid protocols?)
