Verified Renter Its very quiet and pleasant people in this community, but their should be better lighting around the grounds especially if your an older person that has disability to walk around without falling or tripping.

It is a convenient location next to a gorgeous golf course with Publix, restaurants, dry cleaners, salons, etc. in walking distance. We feel safe and are treated by the personnel courteously and with professionalism. Yet they are knowledgeable and warm, so we are glad to finally come home after a long day or night of work to relax at our home!!
Verified Renter Ive lived in several apartment complexes and this staff is hands down the best Ive ever experienced. Front office staff is extremely welcoming and responsive. The maintenance staff members are timely and professional. I had an issue with my HVAC unit and they not only fixed it, but showed me what to look for in case it happens again. Ive lived here for about four months and it has been great!
Verified Renter I appreciate the willingness of the community management to maintain its infrastruture like the new exterior paint, the new roof, and now the asphalt repairs; also, I've heard the landscape will be also renewed. Kudos to the community management team to keep the Bell Timacuan community beautiful.
