Verified Renter The 1-1 apartment is a nice size after downsizing from a 2-2 in a different property. The management is excellent. They treat you as a person and not a business. They are very quick to respond to you.
Verified Renter Bell Timacuan is a really well kept community that is conveniently located to every store I shop and less than 2 miles from my gym. I love my new home and the community it's in. Lynn, our property manager is a sweetheart who helped get me into the community quickly as I was on my way back to New York after being in Florida for a week long interview. I am looking forward to my stay here in Florida for many years to come!

Verified Renter I like the apartment home atmosphere of the community rather than an apartment building. The community amenities are good and I especially like the business center if you need one. Laura is a great manager and does things very quickly to get what you need and to help you. She responds very quickly to her emails and I have appreciated that very much.
