I’ve lived here for 1 year now. The property and all of the amenities are well kept. The maintenance staff is quick and efficient with any issues that may arise. The office staff especially Joel and Jailene are extremely helpful and go the extra mile to ensure that tenants are comfortable. The property managers are diligent and reasonable when it comes to problem solving, supporting their staff and tenants.

BellaNova at Jubilee Park is finesse! The complete staff on the BellaNova property are truly awesome. Everyone's kindhearted and helpful with any assistance/inquiries needed daily. The property is super clean constantly, from the grounds to the clubhouse, gym, front office, the entire complex is always kept up. BellaNova truly is beautiful! Jailene has been very patient with us through out the process for the move in and we have felt reassured that she was cooperating with us and that we were comfortable. Jailene Diep was very patient with us in the move-in. My roommates and I were so pleased and impressed with her service PLUS she knows some American Sign Language. She was so eager and willingly to learn how to actively communicate with us. Looking forward to continue the association with her in the future if services or clarification is needed.
