Horrible place, management is HORRIBLE! I’m about to sue them for wrong charges. DO NOT RECOMMEND IT
Can not wait to leave this place, is full with nothing but super untrustworthy people. I have referred TWO people that had stayed here and are currently paying rent and they did NOT offered because they simply did not believe I referred them Eventhough they both mentioned that I told them about the place and they have the nerve to tell me that “ sorry is not what our sales rep says” this is just one of many inconveniences I have dealt with this place. They don’t give two shits about you. Literally ZERO .
They stole my security deposit. I returned everything, and they said they confirmed that I did NOT return the car decals. Staff is completely unprofessional. I was told, and I even confirmed with the staff, that they did receive everything. I made sure of it. Now, I received my financial statement and they are charging me part of my security deposit. One of the worst decisions that I’ve made in my life so far was signing a lease at Bella Nova apartments at Jubilee Park. Please take this as a warning and do not get sold/deceived by the bells and whistles of the community... where do I begin? The management team is beyond unprofessional they lack customer service and problem-solving skills, they are terrible at following up/ calling back and just ridiculously rude. ***DO NOT LIVE IN THIS COMMUNITY*** Since the day I moved in to this apartment complex, it has brought me nothing but regrets, and frustrations. The entire management team is inadequate and has completely disregarded my concerns about being targeted by a neighbor. Ultimately the manager told me I need to whisper in my apartment and not to have any guest over. Absolutely ridiculous! Watch out because apparently you need to do the front office’s job when you’re moving out. When we were finalizing our move out, we returned all of our key fobs and garage door openers. The person we worked with in the front office counted everything in front of us, told us we had turned everything in, and said we were good to go.
