My husband and I have lived here for almost two years. The community is beautiful and the apartments are clean and well maintained. Other than our heavy-footed neighbor upstairs, I rarely hear any sounds from the apartments around me. The neighbors are friendly but quiet, and basically keep to themselves. The grounds around the apartments are always kept maintained as well. At night, every thing is well lite and we have never experienced any safety concerns or vandalism. I had a huge package that would be impossible for me to carry to the third floor on my own. So I decided to call the leasing office just to see if I could receive help by any chance and lucky enough Josh at the leasing office offered his services. Josh made sure my package made it safely in my apartment. I truly appreciate it, especially because he did not have to help me.

These apartments are great! I can’t think of one negative thing to write. The lawn is well maintained, maintenance is always there the same day I put my request in! That alone is unbelievable! The whole office staff is very helpful and they actually care about resolving issues. They always do speacial things for the tenants. From breakfast in the morning to free tickets to an admirals game! The manager is very knowledgeable and helpful. Josh is one of the specialists that I would always address any concerns too. I moved out approximately a month ago and I had a very disappointing experience with this apartment complex during move-out. Management made false claims. This is especially frustrating because I was physically present during the pre-move out inspection and the final move-out inspection. If there were any legitimate issues, they should have been addressed and communicated to me at that time. Instead, I was told everything looked nice and in good condition (have proof of that). It's not to often you find a staff at your leasing office, who cares that the tenants needs are met. Molly Snead has the most beautiful personality and a kind heart. The property is amazing compared to many of the properties in Virginia Beach. The surrounding area is very quite and access to the interstate is just a hop skip away to Chesapeake, Norfolk and Portsmouth. If you like to gamble, Rivers Casino is just minutes from Belmont at Providence. Awesome I must say!!!!!

**JUST MOVED IN...NOT satisfied.* (will update if anything changes) My boyfriend recently signed a lease with Belmont Providence last week and the experience ever since has been nothing but frustrating. When looking for a place, these apartments had stellar reviews. Brian did do a good job with the process of getting my boyfriend locked in to a place and move in was set for April.
