The staff in the office are always very helpful and friendly!!! I had a problem with my ice maker and the maintenance staff came and fixed it quickly. I have lived here for almost 7 years and it is the best place I have ever lived. Thank you!!

My husband and I have lived here for almost two years. The community is beautiful and the apartments are clean and well maintained. Other than our heavy-footed neighbor upstairs, I rarely hear any sounds from the apartments around me. The neighbors are friendly but quiet, and basically keep to themselves. The grounds around the apartments are always kept maintained as well. At night, every thing is well lite and we have never experienced any safety concerns or vandalism. There is always plenty of parking near our apartment as well. The staff is wonderful and always helpful. If you should you ever need maintenance, they are very quick to respond. Our apartment faces the lake and I love watching the waterfowl that live there too. Even the location is convenient. We are staying another year.

I had a huge package that would be impossible for me to carry to the third floor on my own. So I decided to call the leasing office just to see if I could receive help by any chance and lucky enough Josh at the leasing office offered his services. Josh made sure my package made it safely in my apartment. I truly appreciate it, especially because he did not have to help me.

Well kept complex. Very nice and spacious units. Quiet. Large balconies/ patios. Ample parking. Centrally located to Chesapeake, Norfolk and Virginia Beach. Attention to details. Staff is very friendly. Pet friendly as well. Gorgeous clubhouse with nice area for working out. This is the first place that’s felt like home in a long time! I love everything about our apartment and love showing it off when the opportunity arises!

These apartments are great! I can’t think of one negative thing to write. The lawn is well maintained, maintenance is always there the same day I put my request in! That alone is unbelievable! The whole office staff is very helpful and they actually care about resolving issues. They always do speacial things for the tenants. From breakfast in the morning to free tickets to an admirals game! The manager is very knowledgeable and helpful. Josh is one of the specialists that I would always address any concerns too. He was always helpful. I will definitely be back in a year!! Do yourself a favor and stop by! The apartments are very clean and spacious! I stayed in 941 apt 106 loved it!!! Thank you guys again!!!!

The service reflected at Belmont is of the upmost professional experience I have ever encountered while searching for an apartment. The staff was very informative and helpful in all areas of service, civilian or military. I would eagerly recommend any military member or civilian to pay a visit to the amazing staff and see what kind of deal they can make for you. Special thanks to Rebecca Douglas and Alana Woods.
