The apartments are really nice, I like the open spacious layout. Kionta has been extremely helpful through my application process up until move-in day. Moving in was a bit hectic giving that it was nearly impossible to find a parking space close enough to move my belongings in especially the furniture. I’m not too happy with having to basically complete with guest as a resident when finding a parking space giving that they park anywhere. Hopefully this is something that changes in the future

10/10! Molly was amazing to work with! The grounds are beautiful and well kept. Nice area, close to a lot of stores. I have no complaints. Maintenance tends to all issues pretty quickly and I love that if you need anything, they are always out and about so you can stop them if need be! If you’re thinking about it, just do it!
