Lived here for over 5 years . Had a few problems, Most were fixed in a timely manner . I have a Fur baby ( dog) that I clean up after when I walk her . I wish some other fur baby parents would do the same . Nice staff . Never had many problems at all living here , besides my car getting towed twice cause my handicap plaque had fell n I didn't know it . That ended up costing me a total of 400.00 , not very happy about that . It happened within a week apart . No where else have I ever had to pay for something like that . You ... read more
been here for our first lease contract going to be renewing it again soon. Everything has been exceptional. We ran into a problem with a leaky fridge and the maintenance was quick to repair it for us. Great place to live with dogs, we have two. Just overall great place to live, we have no complaints.
If I could put 00000000 stars I would choose that as I am hugely disappointed so far in how I've been treated since moving onto this property. I believed this would be a wonderful beginning to a better life for me and my two children as I had heard wonderful things about this rental property but boy was a strong facade painted which created disillusionment in my mind. I never leave bad reviews anywhere but I currently still live here, The apartments look nice, but they have charged me $75 for leaving a trash bag outside my door for two hours that only had boxes in the bag.. $7 charge to pay your rent online Ice all over the parking lot and hasn't been fixed, Ice is built up so badly outside my door it's a safety hazard, if I had a shovel I would start myself. My car was parked two spots from a sign with 2 arrows like that says visitor parking. The rental office declined to take responsibility for their contract with Hound Dogs Towing. Do not rent from them. They have 2 visitor spots for a building that has 12-single bedroom apartments.
We moved in here in November. They provide the washer and dryer. The dryer stopped working and we put in a work order and they were out the next day to fix it. Well the dryer stopped working again and we placed another work order. Didn't hear back from them so I called the office at noon and spoke to Monica who said that the maintenance man prints off the work orders and that he has 24 hours to contact us. I would NOT recommend that anyone live in this apartment complex. Most places in Columbus have deals on security deposits, Bennington Pond usually doesn't because they have EVERY INTENTION on keeping your security deposit when you move out. I am a good tenant, pay my rent on time and have NEVER had my security deposit taken by ANY apartment complex I have ever lived in.
