The cleanest apartment complex I've ever seen. Fountains in ponds, fresh mulch, swimming pool, gym, and very quiet.

If I could put 00000000 stars I would choose that as I am hugely disappointed so far in how I've been treated since moving onto this property. I believed this would be a wonderful beginning to a better life for me and my two children as I had heard wonderful things about this rental property but boy was a strong facade painted which created disillusionment in my mind. Worst place to live. Office ladies ate rude and disrespectful. Sandra hung up on me when I was trying to get my lease resolved. I agree on a 12 month at 1297 that I know I signed electronically.

I’m sure I will echo what most if the complaints are. Parking is an issue if you are having guest. I moved in April 1 during the height of Covid and the process was I would do my own walkthrough, sign paperwork and leave at office. There is a parking addendum but it was your standard, sticker parking, car condition yada yada. Hound Dog Towing rides through here at random times in the middle of the night. They treat their tenants like CRAP....I purchased a new vehicle and parked it in what until before COVID19 was visitors parking at approximately 8pm in the evening, the same day I purchased it. When I awoke the next morning my vehicle had been TOWED! I was told my car was towed at 1:46 am, 6 hrs after parking it there. The site and regional manager took no accountability for the fact they changed the visitors parking without written notification to residents and that the office was closed and I wouldn't have been able to g... read more

I just came home from work and there was a burnt smell in my apartment. Mom said we didn’t have any hot water so i went to take a look. When i got inside the closet and removed the cover, there was a bunch of twisted together wires near the tiny round window where you normally see the pilot light. This bunch of wires had a plastic cap attached which had been pushed up against the area next to the window and melted to the side of the water heater. Office doesn't respond to calls or emails. Maintenance takes weeks to respond to requests so if an appliance breaks down be prepared to do without it for weeks.
