Great staff and... (Verified Renter) Great staff and the community is quiet. One complaint is that residents don't clean up after their animals. Everyday there is dog poop in the yard in front of my apartment.

Gym should be... (Verified Renter) Gym should be open 24-7. Currently closed on all holidays which are the rare times I have to actually hit the gym. This is definitely a negative factor.
The place is... (Verified Renter) The place is quiet and clean, the clubhouse is great and easy to access, the parking is acceptable given the number of people that live here, and the office personnel are wonderful
it is a... (Verified Renter) it is a good gated community so I will recommend it. but felt bad because some offers are given for new customers but no offers for current customers even if they rent a new house :-(

I just moved... (Verified Renter) I just moved in, absolutely love the apartment complex, my apartment, and the office staff that have been so kind and helping me choose an apartment. Jordan is absolutely fantastic
I would....where I... (Verified Renter) I would....where I am currently at I have been here for 10 yrs ...1500 square feet...and sits on lake Washington...and an attached garage. It's hard to beat the view of the lake Washington ... although I am still tempted .. Thank you anyway ..
