Very expensive and strict policies. Tight parking These apartments are very expensive and has strickt policies about satellite dish. Parking is very compact. Not easy to get ou t of car. Some rude reaidents. Expensive wallet trash collection but overall good place to live and clean. Very prompt for service call. Policies are not same for every residents. Bathroom needs some rebuild. Vynl floor in bathroom is not good. Dont rent any apartment close to the main street accross. Very noisy all the time and br careful if you are getting the ground floor apartment because its kind of always humid and you will feel carpet always wet.

Home sweet home My apartment home is the perfect place to live. Neighbors are friendly. I'm close to major department stores, banks, eating places and grocery stores. Also, close to shopping malls and easy access to freeways. At my apartment maintenance is just a phone call or email away (never having to wait a long period of time for any type of repairs. We have the convenience of a fitness center, swimming pool and internet. Overall, if you want a homelike atmosphere you will find it here.
