My experience with them was terrible. First, they booked my reservation for the wrong week and thankfully I needed to extend my reservation so I called, only to find out that they didnt have me on the schedule. The day I went to drop off I found out my dog had to have a CIV shot...huh?? Called my vet and it's not even a shot that is recommended because there is no proof that it keeps the dog from getting the flu. We recently had a very disturbing experience with this kennel! We were given another dog’s Medication to take home. This other dog supposedly had the same name as our 17 Year old Jack Russel. This medication did not have a veternarian’s label on it, only a blue piece of tape. Sorry to say, because of this and a billing error on the staffs part we will not be taking our animals back to this facility. Any error in medications can cost a dog his life! Sue
