Again, I was very impressed with my hygienist, Michele, who does a great job cleaning my teeth.
Right from the beginning I was greeted by a most welcoming staff member and was very impressed with the time and information provided personally by Dr. Bergens. Wonderful atmosphere and walking out with a packet to explain the financial obligation was an excellent tool to help me decide when to schedule the procedure. The staff was exceptionally helpful to explain how my insurance provider would be contacted and ease any doubt that I could count on them to help me. I look forward to my continued care.
Everyone in office has been polite and professional. I was especially impressed when Dr. Bergens personally called me in the evening after a tooth extraction to make sure I was ok. That was awesome!!

I had a bit of trouble locating the office, hard to see sign, front desk worker friendly courteous, girl who took my x-rays and worked with me was extremely nice, eager to make me comfortable, and helpful, looking forward to getting rid of inflammation and having Dr Bergen do the work. Nice to meet you all. Happy Holidays.
The receptionist, Debbie, was really nice and made you feel O.K....not apprehensive when you go into a Dentist's office. She is up for sainthood for her great personality.
