I have been a patient of Dr.Bergens for quite a few years, the professional care I am receiving is excellent. The staff is always friendly and professional, waiting area is very pleasant and relaxing. I am very pleased with my dental care.
All was very good. Everyone, including the dentist clearly explained things and answered my questions to my satisfaction. The only thing that went "wrong" was the wrong date for final appt came out on a text reminder reading Sept 11 instead of Oct 18. I called to clarify. I keep all appts in iPhone with alerts so I knew it was a wrong grab. No biggie.
Staff members were friendly, professional and helpful.
I appreciate the feeling that I am more than just a number. When an earlier opening became available I was called for a re-schedule. All the staff are very welcoming and the procedure was excellent.
