Service was very good, everyone was very kind, the only thing that I was stunned by was the charge for the medication put in my gums by two of my teeth, which where I used to go in south Fla., they used to charge me one fee and they did all my gums, where as you charged me $48.00 for each. This is the only complaint I have, maybe it is a different medication, they used a liquid which they shot up into the gums.
I love the girl that does my bi-annual cleaning. She is good, thorough and educated in what she does. She is fun and pleasant making a trip to your office a pleasure.
The receptionist provided me with a wifi password, so my handicapped son could play his game. Dental assistant made me laugh and feel comfortable. Dr. Bergens is gentle, knowlegable and truly concerned about patients' well being.
