It was my first visit and everyone was pleasant and helpful. it was for a consultation so i really cannot comment.
I appreciate the prompt appointment, the help with the staff in looking for my "lost glasses." Most of all, I am grateful Dr. Bergens' detailed explanation of my current situation and the implant process ahead, and referrals for a new general dentist.
Everyone was courteous and friendly. I felt very confident after the visit that I found the right fit.
