Great Staff, Great Service Great Doctor
I was there Apr 18th for my initial visit. I was not feeling well. so one of the front office girls told me to go home, ...no charge for the "broken appt." On the day of my implant everyone was very helpful, explaining what I was about to experience and kept me informed as to what they were doing, ...& at what stage of the procedure they were. All in all, it was about as pleasant/comfortable as possible.
Friendly office staff and Dr. Bergens took time to explain the procedure to me. Actually looking forward to getting the work done.
More of a consultation, I will be having some work done. Dr. very attentive and staff seemed to work well together and know what they were doing.
Michelle is an excellent hygienist. I respect and like Dr. Bergen and do refer when I'm asked.
