I am a new patient with Dr. Bergen and pleased after my first visit.
Knowing that the staff takes pride in rendering excellent care, I always feel better about my oral care. Keep up the good work!
I saw Dr. Bergens 3 or 4 times which required a biopsy sample being sent to the lab for analysis to support his diagnosis and treatment options. I tended to have a lot of bleeding into the evening from taking the biopsy, and he was kind enough to call me around 9PM to advise on how to stop the bleeding. I also found his staff to be polite and very professional. Dr. Bergens exhibits confidence supported by his education and years of experience. I would gladly recommend him to anyone requiring his services.
Overall visit made me feel very comfortable about the procedure and what to expect.
My visit with your office was probably as good as it could be under my unfortunate circumstances.
Cant remember name of my dental hygenist...the pretty blonde lady in the first office on the right who has cleaned my teeth every single time in Deland....she is SO good, I never dread my appointment at all. I have told everyone about her. And, Dr. Bergens, you saved my teeth a couple of years ago with the gum surgery. You are the best. Janice Bernardin
Everyone in this facility is the best. They all go out of their way to welcome you, answer questions, get all the information you need and still smile!
Put a canvas or several umbrellas or awning in the outside bridges. It Was raining. A lot. I had to wait in the last office at left for a long time before I reached my vehicle.
