EVERY ONE IN THE OFFICE IS VERY NICE
Everyone was very nice and professional.
I especially like the relationship that exixts between Dr. Bergerns and Dr. Whitsitt, not only professionally, but being able to see both at the same time. He makes a difficult situation as confortable as possible for the patient.
A very painless and excellent experience.
The chairside assistant (sorry, not sure of her name) for my visit was excellent. I feel comfortable that everything will be fine and her explanation of after-care instructions are great.
Had a bad expeience to begin with, was not told to stay off aspirin ahead of time, so terrible bleeding problems. Was not aware of recovery time and problems with eating. Would be nice to have a list of foods that we were able to eat during recovery. Length of time needed to stay off foods and what to add on and how quickly. Things like brushing, what to use or not.
Appointment time honored, polite and friendly staff, all questions answered appropriately.
At this time I do not feel you need to change anything. I am completey satisfied. Sylvia Russo
