I told my advisor that I didn't think I required a tire rotation, since I hadn't driven my car all winter. He said it went with the oil change. I also needed a state inspection sticker. My service was completed in a timely manner. When I checked out, my advisor didn't review the inspection results with me, but I was so pleased to have passed with no extra expense that I paid and went on my way.
