My service was excellent. Chae always makes me feel so comfortable. I had to go to Spectrum that's right across the road from Berlin City. but I was concerned about crossing Maine Mall Road. Chae graciously called a shuttle driver to take me to their facility. The driver was very courteous going to Spectrum and the other driver bringing me back was the same. hats of to everyone especially Chae! As I have said before, he is such an asset to you.
