Had a great experience at Berlin City Nissan. The advisor, Bryan, was friendly and knowledgeable, and kept me updated while I waited. Let me know what services were recommended now, what could wait for next service, and how much it would be. I chose to do an extra service in my visit and still was on my way in the time quoted.

I was very impressed as to how well the sales person Justin communicated to me. He had me try out about 3 vehicles until I was sure of the one I really wanted. He was not pushy and he was very well mannered and handled it all well. He contacted several others that were in his chain of command and everything went along smoothly.
