Marty was very good about communicating the results of the inspection to me, and getting my permission to go ahead with work and suggested maintenance. Communication was good throughout the appointment, whether we were in person at the dealership, or by test when we went to grab lunch.

At our 30K mile oil change, Berlin City gave us back a comprehensive report on the status of our vehicle. Both in a printed copy and by email to my husband, so we can take care of the maintenance items it needs and will need in the near future to keep us safe.
