I recently had a VI Peel performed by Brittany Arroyo and was thoroughly impressed with the entire experience. The level of care and attention to detail Brittany provided was exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and comfortable, and Brittany consistently checked in throughout the process to ensure I was at ease. The application itself was smooth, with no issues at all. I am extremely satisfied with the results and look forward to returning for future treatments. Highly recommend!

Overall, great. Only thing is I wish a little bit more had been said to me about exactly what was going to happen, what the recovery time was, etc. I felt like I had some pictures, was informed of the recommendation, and then was moved into a room and had it done right away. Speed was great, but didn't have any idea of what to expect, or how recovery was, or whether there could be any complications
The staff are professional, knowledgeable and caring. The facility is very clean and comfortable. The sample products are nice. Although my treatment is painful the cool lavender towel after is calming and gives the feeling of a spa treatment.
I came in for a touch up laser hair removal service with Taryn. I was nervous because it had been a long time since my last appointment and I've had painful experiences with other providers. Taryn took time to understand my concerns and made sure to explain her process and the settings she was using thoroughly. I was shocked by how painless the procedure ended up being and I'll definitely be back to see Taryn!
