I came in for a touch up laser hair removal service with Taryn. I was nervous because it had been a long time since my last appointment and I've had painful experiences with other providers. Taryn took time to understand my concerns and made sure to explain her process and the settings she was using thoroughly. I was shocked by how painless the procedure ended up being and I'll definitely be back to see Taryn!
Please reconsider before getting a hair transplant at this institute. It has been three years since my procedure, and despite following all recommended medications and instructions, I have not seen lasting results. I attended follow-up appointments every six months, repeatedly asking when I could expect my hair to grow and stay—but I was only met with vague responses and delays. I strongly advise looking elsewhere for your transplant—it could save you a significant amount of money and frustration.

Horrible experience at Berman on two occasions- please beware!! On the first occasion, forehead botox result in uneven brows (one frozen and one with tons of movement), not fixed with initial correction and then the third attempt at correction resulted in overcorrection of the brow where the brow with movement became extra frozen (now more frozen than previous frozen brow!-unbelievable!) I feel very taken advantage of by this company. I came in and told them my diagnosis (alopecia) from another doctor at another company and they told me it was best to take a biopsy to see what was causing it and then they would refer me to a specific specialist. They took two biopsy (think punctures in my head with stitches) and then when we got the results they told me my diagnosis again. Leila had such an incredible attitude that I ended up cancelling every future appointment here. She refused to transfer a prescription so I had to call the pharmacies myself. Dr. Chock also prescribed me a medication that we never discussed. Nothing but red flags from this clinic.
