Love the way all staffs are so polite and very friendly. Dr. Longwell is great. She took times to explain about what i concerned, and recommended what is better solution for concerned. First visit is very successful for me. I am happy to go back again :)
I highly recommend Kelsey Chung! I visited the Berman Skin Institute 2 weeks ago for a medical consultation. As I was new to the clinic, I initially was hesitant in discussing my concerns. Absolutely terrible receptionist. She should not be allowed to work here. She has a strong accent and her name is Clay or May or something like that. Our first question was "Do you offer CO2 laser tattoo removal?" and her immediate response was "I cannot discuss the pricing information over the phone." So we asked the same question again and like a robot she kept repeating "I cannot discuss the pricing information over the phone." The first visit in Berman is really unpleasant. First is the misunderstanding and mis-communication on the billing. I was given the VIP price but charged regular price of the package. This is cleared right away. what concern me the most is Dr. Longwell has no experience with BBL who treated me for my first visit. She was asking Taryn for how to use the BBL machine in front of my face. I saw Dr. Kojouri for cheek fillers. Everything I read online prior to the appointment said cheek fillers almost always bruise due to being such a vascular area. 24 hrs later and I have 0 bruising, just small puncture wounds from the needles. I believe this is due to Dr. Kojouri's expertise, and this is why I insisted to come to a dermatology clinic instead of a medspa and see an esthetician.
