Very professional and friendly
Receptionists were pleasant but not personal. The medical assistant stoic. -robotic . The doctor was great. I’m a customer service manager for a national homebuilder so I take one to one contact seriously. I would have liked to have known my doctors name but was never introduced.

Everyone is very friendly. Very caring staff. Especially Tami who spent a lot of time making sure i was able to get my much needed medication.
My Mom died of Melanoma at age 65. Her Primary ignored her "sore on her arm" We were all devastated when we were told it had metastasized. When I get my appointments whoever sees me at Berman has always listened to me and been through. Thank you
