Great experience. The Assistant had to fill out my 5 pages of forms. She was very patient. I have tremors. The Doctor was so professional. I was ar ease from the start. You should have seen the size of the barnacle he froze off. I didn't shake a bit. Great Experience
Didn’t feel like a patient felt like a number. Front desk girl Was rude. Blah experience. Dr was nice I guess. Probably won’t go back. Placerville location. The desk girl is the one who is prompting this post mostly. She seemed like a Russian girl for reference…. Couldn’t when been more rude , like sorry for inconveniencing you DOING YOUR JOB
Excellent facility. Friendly staff. Very short waiting in the waiting room and in the exam room. The Dr. explained what he thought the issue was and gave me treatment options. Once I chose one, he did the procedure right there. He used appropriate numbing to eliminate discomfort, and explained the follow up very well.
I was seen promptly, and my doctor was helpful, friendly and professional. I felt she was genuinely concerned with my comfort.
My visit was awesum! Everyone was professsional, friendly helpful and just wonderful. Dr Rick was nice, to the point and a great bedside manner, I recommend going to Berman for any derm issues.♡♡♡♡
