It was truly a pleasure working with Diane St. Germain. She was very knowledgeable and educated us on how to achieve optimal sleep, and selecting the right mattress and pillows. Her passion for her work was very apparent. We did not feel that we were being "sold" a product, but guided on how to make the right decisions. And we enjoyed discussing some common life experiences. The best of best
This is the only furniture store we shop at besides online sites. Crate and Barel and pottery barn, but 90% Bernie and Phyls.
Akin was super helpful! He was very understanding of our situation and did not rush us at all! I would absolutely go to him again for a mattress!
I love the Westborough store and sales representative Carl and Mike are the best. They are kind and very professional
