We dealt with Sales Manager Dan and Sales Associate Luke. They were extremely helpful and patient with our questions and decisions. Luke was crystal clear with after-sale customer service. B&P's policy of returning the maintenance plan as a store credit after 5 years if not utilized is a positive sales point. We'll come back again!

The sales person Sam in your Nashua store made it very easy to order my mattress over the phone because I had ordered the same one in the past. He was helpful, responsive and professional, even calling me back back promptly with an answer to a question I had during our call.
