I shopped on line then was connected to on online rep . She could not have been more helpful and courteous . Although part of my order is back ordered she compensated for it and was instrumental in me actually purchasing the bedroom set . Will recommend Bernie and phyls to friends and family
Jason was an excellent salesman and we purchased the Temperpedic bed. We are very pleased with it and we are sleeping much better and I am sleeping without headaches. It was a very smooth transaction and we are extremely happy with the bed.
Purchased a bed that ended up being too firm. Bernie & Phyl’s agreed to replace w/anything we wanted. Issued us a store credit b/c the one we ultimately decided upon was $500 less expensive than our origInal purchase. They were great to work with. New Newington store is beautiful too!

Very easy to use
First of all, we purchased a mattress which had a warranty issue after several years of use. Our entire warranty experience including the Bed Check inspection service was superb - prompt, professional & beyond our expectations! The re-select process was also superb - professional, informative & stress-free. Our Sleep Specialist, Richie Greland, is a great asset to your team.
